The appraised value of the land is $30,600 (excluding Andy’s cabin, which he retains all rights to and is responsible for the taxes on ). Total appraised value is $37,400.

The appraised value of the land is $44,800 plus the values of the improvements to the roads and culverts.

Neither of these represents the market value of the properties, which is higher.

There are also cash assets to the group, and non-land property.

For each $1,000 contributed, you can become a combined owner of 1% of the LLC when it is born. Current owners can add to their percentages also.

In its current form as planned, the LLC will feature the following ownership percentages and voting rights based on the above values. We will try to use the consensus method for voting issues here too, but I remind people that in contentious issues, votes will be tallied by percentages owned.
